ABQ Button Tester

ABQ button tester, configurable with NK and HF push-pull force gauges and specialized clamps, is used to measure the fastening force of buttons or the destructive force required to detach them from clothing.

Testing the fastening strength of buttons, snaps, and other fasteners is a crucial standard in the apparel industry, especially in the design and manufacture of infant and children's clothing.

Features 蓝.jpg

1. This instrument is used to measure the force exerted vertically on buttons and snap fasteners.

2. This test method is used to establish correlations between different wearing environments and to compare different types and brands of buttons.

3. All buttons must be sewn securely to the fabric using a chain stitch.

4. According to the test requirements, when the largest button size is greater than 6mm or less than/equal to 6mm, the button must be able to withstand a tensile force of 90N and 50N respectively.

5. Large base for excellent stability, suitable for indoor benchtop testing.

6. Screw drive ensures precise probe displacement; side handwheel loading provides simple and stable operation.

7. The base comes standard with a movable platform, allowing for left-right and forward-backward movement for convenient and accurate clamping.

8. This machine can be mounted on a table for added stability.

• Dimensions (L×W×H): 260mm×360mm×700mm.

• Stroke: 180mm.

• Rated load: 500N.

2. Rotate the upper clamp counter-clockwise to open its gripping jaws.

3. If using an HF series (digital push-pull force gauge), turn on the power and wait for the LCD screen to display zero.

4. If using an NK series (pointer push-pull force gauge), press the switch button to return the pointer to zero.

5. Rotate the handwheel on the machine body to move the upper clamp downwards and grip the button.

6. Rotate the handwheel on the machine body to move it upwards.
