SYD-261 Closed-Cup Flash Point Tester
The closed-cup flash point automatic tester is a special instrument used to determine the flash point of petroleum products by the closed-cup method, that is, by heating the sample under specified conditions to the lowest temperature at which the mixture of its vapor and air ignites upon contact with a flame. The standards implemented include GB/T 261, GB/T 5208 and international standards ISO 1523, ISO 3679 [1-2], ASTM D93, ISO 2719. This instrument is suitable for petroleum, chemical, coating, railway, aviation and other fields.

1. The heating power is continuously and steplessly adjustable, with the power level displayed intuitively by an LCD voltmeter. The temperature control method is reasonable.
2. The benchtop design is novel and compact; users only need to connect it to coal gas or other domestic combustible gas for testing. It is convenient to use and provides accurate test results.
3. It has a rapid cooling function, which improves testing efficiency.
4. The instrument control program includes selectable methods A, B, and C, and the system automatically adjusts the stirring speed while allowing manual temperature control, fully complying with GB/T 261 standards.
5. The instrument is fully equipped, with three precision thermometers of different temperature ranges as standard, to meet the testing needs of different samples.
