How to test moisture content in PA66 plastic nylon particals

1. Install the windproof plate, bracket and sample plate one by one, turn on the power, press the power button, the display screen enters the power-on interface,

 first press the peel button to subtract the weight of the sample plate, and then put the 100g weight into the tray for calibration;

2. Use a laboratory spoon to take the plastic (samples 9-10) and spread it evenly on the sample plate. After setting the appropriate temperature, cover the 

upper cover and press the "START" button to start the test; after two beeps, the instrument automatically stops and the test ends. You can check on the LCD 

screen that the water content of the PA particles after the test is 0.129%;

3. Reset the instrument, wait for the instrument to cool to below 40℃, then take the plastic (samples 9-10) and spread it evenly on the sample plate, and repeat 

the above test steps; after the test, the second set of data is obtained, showing that the moisture content of the sample is 0.128%;

4. Repeat the above steps and test again. The test result is 0.131%, with good repeatability.
