Aoda WG Series Fully Automatic Horizontal Pulse Vacuum Autoclave
WG series pulsating vacuum sterilizers use saturated steam as the sterilizing medium, and relying on the physical property that saturated steam can release a large amount of latent heat and moisture during condensation, it renders items to be sterilized in a highly heated and humid state. After a period of heat preservation, purpose of sterilization is achieved. The effect of cold air on temperature is eliminated by means of pulsating vacuum exhaust, and finally vacuum dehumidiffication is realized in a jacket device to dry the sterilized items.

Pulse Vacuum Autoclave Characteristics

The chamber in horizontat rectangular shape with doublelayer structure is made from S3008.

Strlizer piping sysem: the pipeline is designed with the best configuration.
Sterilizer control system: SIEMENS PLC and SIEMENS touch screen, this system is easy to implement the program selection, parameter seting equipment opeation, report processing and other functions.
