Aoda WSB-V Intelligent Flour Whiteness meter


WSB-V intelligent whiteness meter is mainly used to measure the blue light whiteness of the surface of objects. It can be applied to flour, starch, rice flour, salt, textiles, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastics, porcelain clay, talcum powder, white cement, coating, paint, ceramics, enamel, paper, pulp and other departments that need to measure the whiteness of products. The intelligent whiteness meter adopts pulse flash technology and is also equipped with a long-life light source of up to 100,000 hours. It is simple and convenient to operate.


Whiteness meter Working Principle

The whiteness meter uses an integrating sphere to measure the absolute spectral diffuse reflectance. The light emitted by the halogen tungsten lamp is transformed into blue-purple light by the condenser and color filter, and enters the integrating sphere. After diffuse reflection on the inner wall of the integrating sphere, the light is irradiated on the sample at the test port. The light reflected by the sample is received by the silicon photocell after passing through the condenser, light barrier and color filter group, and converted into an electrical signal. Another silicon photocell receives the base signal in the sphere. The two electrical signals are amplified and mixed respectively, and the measurement results are displayed digitally and printed by the built-in printer.
