ZDS-200 Vibration sieve shaker

The standard vibrating screen uses a vibrating motor as its vibration source. The vibration of the vibrating motor drives the screen base to vibrate, which is then transmitted through the base to the standard test sieve mounted on it. Material particles smaller than the test sieve mesh are screened into the next test sieve, and the screening process continues layer by layer, leaving only materials of the same particle size in each layer of the test sieve. This achieves the purpose of separating different particle sizes and determining the particle size composition of the material, and enables the material in the test sieve to be effectively screened, graded, and filtered.

Vibration sieve shaker is widely used in agricultural research, mining, construction, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food processing, etc. To avoid sample contamination, nylon mesh can be selected to screen the sample.
