Hydrogen Peroxide Low-Temperature Plasma Sterilizer
The hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer utilizes the synergistic action of hydrogen peroxide vapor and low-temperature plasma to achieve rapid, efficient sterilization for heat- and moisture-sensitive precision medical instruments. Under vacuum conditions, hydrogen peroxide is vaporized and diffused, then excited into plasma state through a high-frequency electric field. The generated active free radicals (such as ·OH) destroy microbial proteins, DNA, and other vital substances, thereby achieving sterilization. The operating temperature is maintained at 45°C–60°C, effectively avoiding heat damage to precision instruments. Sterilization cycles range from 28 to 78 minutes, much faster than certain chemical sterilization methods requiring several hours. Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) is used as the sterilant, and its final decomposition products are water and oxygen, making it non-toxic and residue-free.

**Low-Temperature Sterilization**
The sterilization temperature is maintained at 50±5°C, causing no damage to instruments and thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
**Safe and Eco-Friendly**
The byproducts of the disinfection process consist solely of water and oxygen molecules, posing no toxic risk to staff or patients.
**Rapid Sterilization Cycle**
The sterilization cycle can be completed in as little as 25 minutes. Upon completion, instruments are ready for immediate use without requiring any post-processing, thereby increasing instrument turnover efficiency and reducing sterilization costs.
**Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization**
The sterilizing agent utilized is hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂); the only byproducts generated during the sterilization process are water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂), posing absolutely no harm to users or the environment.
**Intelligent Control System**
Equipped with a highly intelligent control system, the unit is simple and intuitive to operate. The display screen automatically visualizes the entire sterilization process in real-time, providing operators with a clear, at-a-glance overview that facilitates efficient time management and streamlines sterilization workflows.
