AODA WMF-3580 Fluorescence Biological Microscope
WMF-3580 research-grade fluorescence microscope utilizes professional fluorescence imaging technology and offers optional high-precision turret-style fluorescence modules and multi-band LED modules to meet a wide range of observation needs,
including those for various cell types and pathological sections.

1. Highly rigid microscope body structure
The newly designed integrated Y-shaped frame is constructed from all-metal high-pressure die-castings, offering exceptional stability. It ensures a jitter-free image even at high magnifications, thereby guaranteeing the detection accuracy required for
multi-channel fluorescence diagnostics.

2. Movable Work Stage
175 × 145 mm double-layer mechanical stage (right-hand control) featuring a damped dual-slide holder design, allowing for the simultaneous placement of two slides for inspection and comparative analysis.
Alternatively, a larger 187 × 166 mm double-layer mechanical stage is available, featuring bidirectional linear rail drive and a choice of left- or right-hand control.
A 150 × 162 mm ceramic-coated stage is also an option;
this surface is not only wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant but also minimizes stage deformation caused by temperature fluctuations.

3. Multi-band LED Epi-fluorescence Illuminator
This LED epi-fluorescence unit allows for the selection of specific LED wavelengths based on operational needs, enabling simultaneous capabilities for B, G, and UV fluorescence as well as brightfield observation. The synchronized switching of filter blocks and LED light sources ensures precise, stable and efficient observation.
Featuring a unique LED optical system, the unit requires no warm-up or cool-down periods, making it ideal for frequent on/off cycling.
Its exceptional lifespan—up to 100,000 hours, or 250 times that of mercury lamps—significantly reduces experimental costs.
The LED light intensity is continuously adjustable, allowing users to set the brightness to the specific requirements of the sample; the soft, uniform illumination effectively prevents fluorescence quenching caused by excessive brightness while offering superior eye protection.

4. Disc-style Filter Block Switching Mechanism
The newly designed, high-precision disc-style filter block switching mechanism ensures consistent filter positioning and offers convenient, flexible replacement, accommodating up to six fluorescence filter blocks simultaneously.
High-performance, drift-free fluorescence filter systems are employed to guarantee accurate and reliable FISH experimental results.
Featuring high spectral transmittance and excellent signal-to-noise ratios—with no spectral bleed-through—the system significantly enhances fluorescence imaging contrast.
The filter blocks utilize background stray light elimination technology to deliver ultra-high contrast between the specimen and the background, ensuring superior observation quality.

5. PLAN-FLUOR Series Infinity-Corrected Plan-Apochromatic Fluorescence Objectives
These objectives extensively utilize crystalline optical materials to effectively correct various chromatic aberrations.
Featuring a high numerical aperture design, they deliver high-resolution, high-contrast microscopic images across the entire field of view.
During fluorescence observation, the images are vivid and sharp with a pure black background, offering exceptional performance—particularly in ultraviolet fluorescence—making them an excellent choice for professional fluorescence observation of cells and pathological sections.
