Mercury-free pressure differential BOD analyzer

BOD-573 BOD analyzer utilizes a mercury-free differential pressure sensing method. Microorganisms in a sealed culture flask undergo aerobic respiration, consuming oxygen and producing carbon dioxide. 

Sodium hydroxide absorbs the carbon dioxide, causing a decrease in pressure within the flask. A pressure sensor monitors this pressure change and converts it into BOD (Body Demand) value.

Intelligent Detection

Independent BOD testing terminal; the BOD analyzer base allows for sample addition to the measurement system at any time, and can simultaneously measure up to 6 samples.

Sample incubation time is settable from 1 to 30 days.

Temperature compensation delay; supports automatic operation after the sample temperature reaches the incubation constant temperature.

The system automatically completes the measurement and automatically shuts down after the measurement is finished, requiring no supervision.

Data Management

Automatically saves process data and supports viewing the most recent set of detailed data.

Test data requires no conversion and can be automatically displayed; test results are stored.

Supports viewing and deleting historical data.

Supports storing 10 years of BOD5 test data.
