Why we need A NIR spectrometer
In recent years, NIR Spectrometer has become the most popular instrument for testing nutrient content in samples.
Traditional chemical testing methods require not only large amounts of chemical reagents but also tedious steps, typically taking half an hour to two hours, and requiring high operator skills.
NIR Spectrometer eliminates these issues. It requires no sample pretreatment or reagents. Simply place the sample directly on the sample tray, and the machine automatically scans and delivers the results in 6-10 seconds. The software also generates graphs, making it easy to save data and print test reports.
Currently, many animal food processors, flour mills, and food factories have adopted NIR for nutrient testing, offering rapid and accurate results.
Our NIR Spectrometer adopts a new generation of holographic scanning technology to detect light absorption signals at various wavelengths by TEC-cooled Ex-In-GaAs sensor. The analyzer has a wavelength range of 1000-2500 nm. The resolution is 10 nm, the wavelength accuracy is 0.2 nm, the wavelength repeatability is less than 0.05 nm, and the noise level is less than 50 microAU (RMS). The built-in wavelength correction module of the analyzer is used to detect the performance of the instrument, and can diagnose and correct the drift of the spectral signal to ensure stable and reliable performance. The sample is analyzed rotationally to ensure that the sample spectrum collected is representative. The measuring accessories contain different size of sample plates to be selected according to the sample.
The analyzer software system integrates analysis, instrument management, model management and remote control. English operation interface, database to store and manage various data, support user-defined reports, printout detection results, model management with one-click operation, easy to learn and use. The software can remotely manage the NIR Spectrometer in the network via the Internet to monitor and maintain the instrument in real time.
