The crude fiber analyzer is an instrument that digests samples according to the acid-base digestion method and performs weight measurement to obtain the crude fiber content of the sample. It can measure the crude fiber content in various grains, feeds, cereals, foods and other agricultural and sideline products. It can measure 6 samples at the same time and has the characteristics of automatic temperature control.
The working principle of the crude fiber analyzer is to use acid and alkali with accurate concentrations to digest the sample under specific conditions, then use ethanol to remove soluble substances, and then deduct the amount of minerals after high-temperature burning. The content is called crude fiber. It is not an exact chemical entity, but only an approximate composition measured under recognized mandatory conditions, mainly cellulose, with a small amount of hemicellulose and lignin.
