Aoda MJ-IIIA Double-head Gluten tester

MJ-ⅢA double-head gluten tester consists of three independent instruments: a double-head gluten washer, 

an MJZ gluten index tester, and a drying instrument. It is a special instrument used to measure the wet (dry) 

gluten content, gluten quality (gluten index) and gluten water holding rate in flour, especially suitable for 

users with a large number of samples.

The double-head gluten tester is widely used in food and flour processing, grain and oil research institutions,

grain storage and other departments.

Gluten washing part:

Fine washing net specification: 80μm (200 mesh) metal sieve

Coarse washing net specification: 800μm (26 mesh) metal sieve

Washing liquid flow rate: 50ml/min～56ml/min

Gluten index: between 70~100, the difference between the two measurement results is allowed to be no more than 11 units; below 70, the difference between the two measurement results is allowed to be no more than 15 units
