The single-head gluten tester consists of three independent instruments: a single-head gluten washing instrument, a gluten index tester, and a drying instrument. It is mainly used to determine the gluten content and gluten quality (gluten index) in flour, and is suitable for the determination of wheat flour and whole wheat flour.
