There are two types of Hammer mills: fully automatic and semi-automatic. The fully Hammer mill is equipped with a fully automatic feeder.

Features of the Hammer mill

1. High speed, high efficiency, and fine crushed materials. The sample is hammered into fine and uniform powder by a high-speed mill, and enters the integrator with the high-speed airflow through a 

stainless steel screen to prepare the sample.

2. The inner wall of the box is pasted with domestic advanced sound-absorbing and insulating materials, and the noise is lower than similar products at home and abroad

3. The motor has a built-in temperature protector. Once the motor exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically shut down, and it can restart after the temperature drops to normal.

4. The automatic feeder can be directly installed, which can effectively control the feeding speed of samples with high moisture content and hulled grain samples, and improve the crushing effect.

5. The crushed sample is suitable for the determination of gluten quantity, quality, grain viscosity, wheat falling number, near-infrared composition and other indicators.

6. Built-in protection switch, safe to use.

7. The instrument is not suitable for measuring sample moisture.
