AODA 1400degree High temperature Muffle furnace
1400℃ muffle furnace is supplied to colleges and universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for powder roasting, ceramic sintering, high temperature experiments, material processing and quality inspection.
The box-type muffle furnace uses high-quality silicon carbon rods as heating elements;
Adopts intelligent temperature control system, thyristor control, phase shift trigger;
The furnace chamber uses high-quality 1600-type alumina polycrystalline fiber inorganic material formed by vacuum adsorption;
The furnace body is a double-layer furnace shell, using the current popular air insulation technology combined with thermal induction technology to drive the intelligent air cooling system, and uses soft start constant current control to extend the life of the heating element.
It has over-temperature alarm power-off function and leakage protection measures, and the operation is safe and reliable
