QM208B Atomic Absorption Mercury analyzer
QM208B atomic absorption mercury analyzer is a specialized instrument for laboratory gas mercury analysis, with the advantages of easy operation and high sensitivity. By using a constant light path,
the changes in the light source cancel each other out, increasing long-term stability. Using a microcontroller to control the automatic switching of solenoid valves, the measurement state is a closed-loop
gas path, and the cleaning state is an open-loop gas path. This makes the measurement data stable and the pipeline easy to clean. Adopting constant temperature absorption cell technology makes
the test more stable. During the test, mercury containing gas continuously passes through the sample cell, and a data is obtained in 2 seconds.
When selecting liquid for manual injection, multiple injection volumes are supported, including 5mL, 20mL, and a maximum of 200mL. The light detection cell adopts a high and low concentration dual cell;
Expanded the testing range.
Main features:
1. Excellent baseline stability
2. Has excellent short-term and long-term accuracy
3. Two point calibration and concentration direct reading methods can be used
No need for argon or nitrogen as carrier gas, suitable for working environments where argon and nitrogen are used unconditionally. The gas flow rate for measuring and cleaning is automatically adjusted
Main parameters:
1. Measurement range: 0.1-1000 μ g/m3
2. Detection limit: 0.03 μ g/m3
3. Precision: coefficient of variation ≤ 5%
4. Linear correlation coefficient: r>0.997
5. Relative standard deviation:<5%
The QM208B atomic absorption mercury analyzer is a modular design instrument that can adapt to the different needs of each laboratory for the instrument. Liquid or solid testing modules can be selected, and liquid injection can be done using a peristaltic pump sampler; Output options: PC or printer
