The new generation NIR2700 Benchtop NIR near infrared analyzer adopts an optical design that combines holographic digital grating scanning and a high-sensitivity indium gallium arsenide detector (TEC refrigeration and constant temperature). It performs sample analysis based on diffuse reflection and realizes rapid non-destructive detection of solid particles, flakes, and powder samples through an external computer and RIMP software. The whole system is easy to operate. You only need to place the sample plate on the sample table, click on the measurement, and the instrument will automatically complete the detection and analysis. The RIMP software is fully displayed in Chinese, has a friendly user interface, and is easy to operate. The instrument can be operated with one click to perform sample analysis. The software integrates three modules: instrument control, measurement analysis, and data management and modeling. In conjunction with the existing mature grain, oil, and feed analysis models, it can quickly perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to meet the quality monitoring and quality management needs in the fields of feed production, grain and oil processing, grain procurement, and breeding research.
