The JY-N series Ultrasonic Homogenizer is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that uses the cavitation effect of ultrasound to process experimental samples. Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid, the transducer transmits electrical energy through the horn to generate high-intensity shear force in the liquid on the top of the tool head, forming a high-frequency alternating water pressure, and using cavity expansion and explosion to crush cells. In addition, the violent disturbance caused by ultrasound in the liquid can cause particles to have a large acceleration, so that they collide with each other or with the wall to achieve the effect of crushing, emulsification and separation.
