ANL Digital Torque Tester

ANL series digital torque tester is an intelligent multifunctional measuring instrument designed and manufactured for testing and detecting various torques. It is mainly used to detect and calibrate the torque of various electric pneumatic screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers, torque wrenches, various products involving tightening force testing, parts torsion destructive testing, etc. The instrument is divided into two types: with printer and without printer.

• Sampling frequency 2000Hz, minimum reading 0.01mN.m;

• Three display modes available: real-time, peak, automatic peak:

• Three unit conversions: N·m, kgf·cm, lbf·in; (also with micro-range mN·m, gf·cm, mlbf.in);

• Peak hold function: can capture the peak value during the test;

• Comparison function: upper and lower limit deviations can be freely set, and the alarm indicator lights are red and green light display and buzzer automatic alarm;

• Automatic peak function: peak hold time (0~99 seconds) Free setting

• Automatic shutdown function: Shutdown time (0~9 minutes) can be freely set (0 seconds means no automatic shutdown);

• Gravity acceleration function: can be freely set according to different regions (9.000~9.999);

• Sampling point frequency function: 10 times/second, 20 times/second, 50 times/second, 100 times/second four free choices; Calculation function: connected to a computer, it can automatically calculate the maximum value, minimum value, average value, etc. of each test;
